Josh Parsons
Josh Parsons, Chairman
Josh Parsons is a native of Lancaster County and an attorney. Prior to law school, Josh served for five years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, qualifying as a paratrooper, and earning the rank of Captain. While on active duty, he held positions including Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader, Infantry Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Staff Officer. He is a cum laude graduate of the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law and holds a Political Science degree from the University of Delaware, where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate. He is a lifelong Republican.

Cynthia Lonergan, Vice-Chairman
Cindy Lonergan was born and raised in Commack, NY and moved to Lancaster County in 2003 where she attended Millersville University.  She currently teaches American history and world history at Penn Manor High School and is working towards a Masters in Governmental Administration at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  Committed to serving the community, she is serving her first term on the Advisory Board of the Drug and Alcohol Commission and will continue to promote a safe and sustainable Lancaster County.  Cindy is a life-long Republican.

Tiffany Robinson, Treasurer
Tiffany is a life-long resident of Lancaster County.  After graduating from Lancaster Country Day School, Tiffany attended Princeton University, where she majored in Politics and concentrated in Political Theory.  Then she attended and graduated from Howard University School of Law in Washington D.C.  She is an associate with the law firm of Robinson & Geraldo. Committed to serving the community, Tiffany is a member of the Bethel A.M.E. Church and Rotary International and serves on the board of directors for Crispus Attucks Community Center in Lancaster city.

 Warren Carrigan, Secretary
Warren Carrigan is a life long resident of Lancaster County who grew up in Quarryville.  He is a college graduate and has worked at Ecore International, a rubber recycling firm, for nine years.  A lifelong Republican, he has been a member of the Young Republicans for two years and is dedicated to strengthening the group.
