Josh Parsons, Chairman
Josh Parsons is a native of Lancaster County who works as a prosecutor. Prior to law school, Josh served for five years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, qualifying as a paratrooper, and earning the rank of Captain. While on active duty, he held positions including Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader, Infantry Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Staff Officer. He is a cum laude graduate of the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law and holds a Political Science degree from the University of Delaware, where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate. He is a lifelong Republican.

Sondra Iannelli, Vice-Chair
Hi! My name is Sondra Iannelli and I’m the newly elected Vice-Chair of the Lancaster County Young Republicans. I grew up in McAllen, Texas, and moved to Lancaster when I was 14 years old. I attended Manheim Township High School, and went on to get my Bachelor’s degree in Economics (with an option in politics) from Millersville University in 2007. While at Millersville, I joined the College Republicans in 2004. Perfect timing! Working for the Bush campaign in direct affiliation with the Young Republicans taught me so much about politics, and just how important it is to get involved! I am currently employed by Eastern Alliance Insurance Group as an Associate Underwriter. Thanks for checking us out, and I hope to see you soon!

Alicia Henry, Treasurer
Welcome to our website! My name is Alicia Henry and I am the newly elected Treasurer of the Lancaster County Young Republicans. I am extremely excited to work with all of you this year to make this organization as successful as it has been in the past!I was born and raised in Lewistown Pa, a small town south of State College. In 2003 I moved to Lancaster County to pursue a degree in Political Science at Millersville University. At Millersville, I served as the Secretary to the Millersville College Republicans where I had the opportunity to work closely with the Lancaster YR’s. Growing up in a Christian family, it was easy for me, after graduation in 2007, to make conservative Lancaster County my new home. I am currently employed by Eastern Alliance Insurance, where I hold the position of Associate Underwriter. As an employee of the insurance industry I am part of a team of professionals that helps to stimulate local business growth and productivity. As an employee of Eastern Alliance, I am also involved in the preservation and improvement of working class incomes, and quality of life. Warren Carrigan is a life long resident of Lancaster County who grew up in Quarryville. He is a college graduate and has worked at Ecore International, a rubber recycling firm, for nine years. A lifelong Republican, he has been a member of the Young Republicans for two years and is dedicated to strengthening the group
